Eligibility Criteria for CalsMUN 2025
CalsMUN 2025 is designed for school students eager to engage in global discussions and contribute their perspectives to international issues. To participate, students must meet the following criteria:
- Age Group: Open to school students (usually ages 14-18).
- Delegates: No prior MUN experience is required, though it is an advantage.
- StOff (Staff) & MUN Directors: Must be responsible for managing or guiding delegations during the event.
Conference Fees & What’s Included
To participate in CalsMUN, delegates are required to pay a fee of 50 euros, while staff and MUN directors will pay 30 euros. This fee covers the following:
- Lunch on both days of the conference.
- A goodie bag to commemorate the event.
- A ticket to the party on Saturday night – a fantastic opportunity to relax and socialize after a day of intense discussions.
It’s important to note that no refunds will be issued after December 1st, 2024, so make sure to confirm your participation well before then!

- Registration Period: Open from September 8 to November 17, 2024.
- Late Registration for StOff: Immediate applications can be submitted until November 10, 2024.
- Late Registration for Delegates: Immediate applications for delegates and school delegations can be submitted until November 17, 2024.
